Richard A. Huckle, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer, a founder and director of the Bank.  Rick received his undergraduate education and degree in Minnesota, earned his MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is active in his church and various community service activities.  Rick serves as a Board Member for Urban Ventures, a non-profit organization in Minneapolis and has served on the Board of Governors of the U.S. Naval Academy Parents Association of MN.  Rick and his wife Lori have two sons.
