Richard A. Huckle, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer, a founder and director of the Bank.  Rick received his undergraduate education and degree in Minnesota, earned his MBA in Finance from the American Graduate School of International Management, is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and is working toward a Doctoral degree at the University of St. Thomas.  He is active in his church and various community service activities, and serves on the Board of Governors of the U.S. Naval Academy Parents Association of MN.  Rick and his wife Lori have two sons.
