Ronald E Shealer Market President

Ronald E. Shealer serves as Market President in the Maple Grove Loan Production Office and is responsible for developing and servicing commercial banking relationships in the Northwest Metro for the Bank. He has over 25 years banking experience, previously as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with Great Northern Bank in St. Michael, Minnesota, Vice President – Commercial Banking with Marquette Bank, as well as Vice President of Commercial Banking with Bank One in Appleton, Wisconsin. Ron is a CPA and also has public accounting and industry and consulting experience.  His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin‑Whitewater with a major in Management and an accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin‑Oshkosh.  Ron currently lives in St. Michael with his wife Chris. He has four grown children and one granddaughter.  Since moving to Minnesota eight years ago, he has been active with Rotary, United Way, the Northwest YMCA, the I‑94 Chamber of Commerce and Functional Industries of Buffalo.
