Susan Volek joined Riverland Bank in November, 2006.  She comes to us with extensive customer service, sales and marketing experience, most recently at State Bank of Belle Plaine for nine years.

Although she was born on the east coast, Susan grew up in the Belle Plaine area where she continues to live on a farm in Belle Plaine Township with Bruce, her husband of 34 years. There they raised two daughters and a son, all who reside in Scott County.  They are the proud grandparents of four grandchildren.

Susan is a charter member of the Belle Plaine Dollars for Scholars, a member of St. John Lutheran church where she serves on several committees and a community volunteer.  She is an avid garage sale, flea market enthusiast.
